My recent stay at the Certosa was nothing short of exceptional, far exceeding even my high expectations for a luxury hotel. The spacious room, complete with a comfortable sitting area and lovely terrace overlooking the stunning Tuscan landscape, provided a serene oasis where I could unwind. I was particularly impressed by the attentive staff, with Michelle leading the charge in hospitality; every detail was taken care of, including the seamless late departure that made my journey back to London that much easier. The delicious food offerings and well-stocked mini-bar were complemented by the thoughtful inclusion of tea and coffee facilities, which enhanced my relaxation.
